signs and waste containers always nearby – to make it easy and convenient
to put each waste item in its proper place. |

Coffee Cup Lids |
Although polystyrene
items are NOT accepted in the usual city blue boxes, we have a special
collection for them and we’ll deliver them to a
depot. |

Garbage |
The items not in the
category above are garbage (keep it minimal!) For more information:

Note: There are 3 locations for diaper recycling:
- in the women’s washroom, Upper Level, outside the Birtch Room
- in the washroom between the Gym and the Assembly Hall in the basement
- by the washroom outside the Assembly Hall, near the Lower Kitchen
We need your help!
The signs list everything
that goes into each container. It may
take a little extra time at first but with everyone doing their bit we can
reduce the number of garbage bags and trucks to reduce our impact on the world! Please put the right waste item in
the right container!
